Where can I download the U-PROX IVA app?

The U-PROX IVA mobile app is available for free download from the official App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). The app is used for device setup, live video viewing, and archive access.

Which operating systems support the app?

The U-PROX IVA app is available for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. A version for desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) is currently not supported — platform management is done through the mobile app.

What features are available without an active subscription?

Without an active subscription, a camera remains in the system and operates in Live View mode only — real-time video viewing. Recorded archive, event history, and video downloads are available only after attaching the camera to an active subscription.
