The IVA Cloud subscription operates on an auto-renewal model with a free trial period for new users. This allows you to evaluate the full platform functionality risk-free before committing to payment.
Free trial — 7 days. When a subscription type is activated for the first time, a free 7-day trial period begins automatically. No charges are made during these 7 days — you have full access to all features of the chosen plan, just like with a paid subscription.
How the paid cycle is activated. If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial ends, the system automatically:
- activates the chosen plan;
- processes the first payment according to standard Google Play or App Store rules;
- sets up the regular billing cycle.
Recurring renewals. Each subsequent billing cycle is initiated automatically — the payment is charged on the renewal date, and the archive is refreshed: the oldest day of recordings is removed to make room for new data within the plan's depth.
If you want to discontinue the subscription, you can do so at any time through your phone's system settings (see the article on subscription cancellation for details). Cancelling before the trial ends means no charges will be made.
