The IVA Cloud platform supports most popular IP cameras from leading manufacturers. Compatibility is ensured through the use of standard network protocols — RTSP and ONVIF, which are supported by the vast majority of modern IP cameras.
To check compatibility of a specific model, please refer to the up-to-date list of supported equipment and protocols on here. The list is regularly updated as support for new devices expands.
If you cannot find your model in the list but the camera supports RTSP or ONVIF — in most cases it will also be compatible with the platform. For clarification, please contact our support team at support_iva@u-prox.systems.
