The IVA Edge device is powered via a USB-C connector. Power supply requirements: 5V voltage, at least 2A current.
A certified power adapter with cable (5V / 3A, USB-C) is included in the package. It fully complies with the requirements and ensures stable operation. We recommend using the original adapter supplied with the device.
⚠️ Warning. Using adapters with incorrect parameters (lower voltage or insufficient current) may result in improper operation or damage to the device. The warranty does not cover failures caused by the use of non-original or non-compliant power supplies.
