The IVA Edge device comes with a 10-year warranty from the date of sale. The warranty covers the device itself and does not include power supply components (the power adapter with cable).
The 10-year warranty period reflects the manufacturer's confidence in the reliability of the hardware platform and the long-term durability of the solution. This is one of the longest warranty periods in the category of cloud adapters for video surveillance.
If the device is not working correctly — before submitting a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support_iva@u-prox.systems. Most issues (configuration questions, firmware updates, network setup) can be resolved remotely without the need to return the device.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by:
- use of non-original or non-compliant power supplies;
- operation outside the specified conditions (temperature, humidity);
- mechanical damage or unauthorised tampering with the device.
