How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation of an IVA Cloud subscription is performed through your phone's system settings — in the store where the subscription was set up (Google Play or App Store). Cancellation is not available within the IVA app itself — this is a standard requirement of mobile platforms for all subscriptions.

How to cancel:

  • On Android: open Google Play → your profile → "Subscriptions" → select IVA → "Cancel subscription".
  • On iOS: open "Settings" → your name (Apple ID) → "Subscriptions" → select IVA → "Cancel subscription".

What happens after cancellation:

  • All cameras attached to this subscription's slots lose full functionality and switch to Live View mode — without archive, events, or downloads.
  • Auto-renewal is disabled — no further charges will be made.
  • The subscription can be restored at any time. Upon restoration, you can choose a new plan — not necessarily the same one as before cancellation.

⚠️ The archive is preserved. Recordings accumulated before cancellation are not deleted. If you restore the subscription, the previous archive returns and becomes accessible again within the new plan's depth. However, while the subscription was cancelled, no new recordings accumulate, so a gap will appear in the archive.

If you cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial period, no charges will be made, and your cameras will continue to operate in Live View mode.
